The Sheffield Social Enterprise Network is proud to present its first “Focus On” session. Our initial event focusses on the increasing importance of measuring and reporting social impact. More and more contracts and funding pots are using an outcomes-based approach, and Social Impact Bonds are quickly becoming the government’s preferred model. It is essential that members are fully briefed about the changing political landscape, to enable them to take advantage of future contracts and funding opportunities.
The panel will comprise of key players who are actively involved in the development and delivery of commissioning services and funding programmes. Delegates will benefit from hearing both national and local perspectives on managing the growing significance of social impact, and gain a good understanding of how this will affect them. There will be an opportunity to put questions to the panel, and time for further discussion with other members following the panel debate.
